The Capitol District Marriott's Omaha Marriott Downtown is seeking a Starbucks Lead Barista to guide the team through each shift, take orders, craft beverages, and deliver a warm guest experience. You’ll maintain a positive energy and ensure smooth operations while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Barista experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must learn all menu items and up-selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the manager's absence and train new team members.
• Provide quality beverages consistently for all customers, preparing Starbucks beverages to standard.
• Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
• Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction; negotiate accommodations when needed.
• Balance house bank and manage cash handling.
