Qualifications

• First-chair bankruptcy litigation experience and independent case management.
• Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Texas bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Represent secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Handle creditor-side litigation and lead Chapter 11 matters.
• Manage cases from intake to resolution and draft motions and pleadings.
• Argue motions in court, attend depositions and hearings.
• Advise clients on bankruptcy strategy and recovery options.
