Job summary

Value Spectrum Technologies seeks an experienced Program Director to lead large-scale banking transformation programs across core banking platforms and regulatory initiatives. The role requires delivering multi-million-dollar programs onsite for a client-facing environment and coordinating across technology, operations, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

18+ years of IT/Banking transformation experience.
8+ years in program/portfolio leadership roles.
Delivery of large programs ($20M+ budgets).
Experience with onsite-offshore global delivery.
Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking transformation programs.
Define program roadmap aligned with regulatory requirements.
Establish governance structures and executive reporting.
Manage multi-workstream programs (technology, operations, compliance, data).
Serve as primary executive liaison between client leadership and delivery teams.
