Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulations.
• Experience with requirements gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and Agile.
• Solid data analysis experience using SQL.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for banking systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering to define requirements.
• Translate business needs into system specs, user stories, and workflows.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery including UAT coordination.
• Work on data analysis, process improvements, and system enhancements.
