Qualifications

• Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience practicing law full-time in a legal department or major law firm.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the bar in relevant states.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for various banking teams including Treasury Management and Merchant Services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting commercial banking.
