As a Senior Project Manager / Consultant Banking , you will work on high-impact transformation initiatives within the German banking sector, helping financial institutions adapt to new regulations, modernize their operations, and implement innovative technologies .
- Lead and manage strategic transformation projects , ensuring successful execution within scope, time, and budget.
- Develop and implement structured change management approaches to improve banking processes and operations.
- Advise clients on key industry trends, regulatory developments, and technological innovations .
- Engage with senior stakeholders , building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on business transformation.

- 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services , ideally within a bank, consultancy, or fintech .
- Strong project management experience , balancing timelines, scope, and budget .
- Deep expertise in banking functions , including Finance, Risk Management, Payments, Operations, IT , and regulatory frameworks.
- A strong understanding of industry trends and technological advancements shaping the German banking sector.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills , with a strong network in the German financial industry.
- Proven ability to analyze and solve problems through quantitative thinking and strategic decision‑making .
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills , fostering teamwork and high performance.
- Fluent German and English communication skills (written & verbal).
