Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Baker at Norwich University in Vermont. You will prepare and create baked goods, supervise daily bakery production, manage portion and inventory, and ensure items are produced within budget. You will prioritize customer service and teamwork on every shift.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Baker at Sodexo, you are also a team player and food waste reducer. You’ll prepare and create delicious baked goods while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities include

• Coordinate and/or supervise daily production of baked goods; participate in costing and ordering related to bakery items/ products/ menu
• Insure portion and inventory control
• Produce pastry/ dessert for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
