Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a backend software engineer to join an engineering team building consumer-facing backend features in a fast-growing gaming company. You will own projects end to end and help improve how the team ships as it grows.

You will work on data-driven systems for matchmaking and fraud prevention, and contribute to CI/CD and experimentation platforms to streamline delivery. This role requires strong ownership and the ability to work with limited direction.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years backend software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go or willingness to ramp up quickly; experience with Kubernetes and GCP is relevant.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing backend features end to end with measurable business impact.
• Strong ownership and ability to work effectively with limited direction.
• Experience with data-driven systems such as matchmaking, fraud prevention, or recommendations is a plus.
• Background in real-time features, payments, consumer gaming, CI/CD, or experimentation platforms is useful.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000 to $400,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
