Senior Backend Software Developer (Remote) 80k-100k

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Software Developer specializing in back-end architecture and development using C#, SQL, Linq SQL, API development, SSL/TLS security, authentication methodologies, and IIS administration. The candidate will design robust backend solutions, optimize database performance, integrate secure RESTful APIs, and implement best practices for scalability and security. Front-end experience with Angular, Blazor, and Radzen is a plus. The role involves mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and optimize backend systems and databases using C#, SQL, Linq SQL, and related technologies.
• Develop and manage secure RESTful APIs, emphasizing scalability, SSL/TLS security, and authentication practices.
• Ensure backend architecture supports responsive and scalable applications.
• Perform database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Manage source control with GIT and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional backend development experience in C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL, and Linq SQL.
• Proven experience in backend architecture, API integration, SSL/TLS security, authentication, and IIS administration.
• Experience developing and maintaining secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Strong skills in database optimization and management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Angular, Blazor, Radzen.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
