Job summary

Capital Factory is seeking a backend developer to join a tight-knit Austin team. You will build services and APIs with clean, minimal code, collaborating with frontend, design and product to solve problems at real estate scale.

You should emphasize data structures, debugging, and concurrency to optimize performance on multi-core servers, while maintaining a balance of rigor and velocity in a startup environment.

We’re looking for a backend developer who will be a key member of our tight-knit team. You will be responsible for building services and APIs by writing code that is clean, minimal, and easy to understand. A typical day involves working with the Frontend, Design, and Product teams to solve issues at massive scale. Property investors, vendors, tenants, and our operations team use our software. Join us to solve fundamental problems in real estate sales, leasing, accounting, and maintenance coordination.
