Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Production Python and PySpark data pipelines experience in a large corporate environment.
• Databricks module development, deployment and operational support.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and evaluating AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions with design, development and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain Python backends and PySpark pipelines in production.
• Develop and deploy scalable data engineering modules on Databricks.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity with peer review.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate finance requirements into scalable solutions.
• Create architecture and design artifacts and ensure design constraints are met.
