• 8–10 years of professional software development experience focusing on enterprise backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8+), multithreading, concurrency, and OO design principles.
• Extensive experience building RESTful microservices with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
• Relational database skills with SQL performance tuning; experience with event-driven messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized cloud environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

In this role, you will power our core financial platforms by developing secure, high-performance APIs and integrating complex data pipelines in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build, maintain, and optimize distributed microservices architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable code, manage database interactions, and ensure high backend performance and reliability.
• Integrate enterprise applications with messaging systems (such as Kafka) and distributed caching layers (such as Redis).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, system architects, and QA teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Participate in thorough code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers.
