Job summary

Rippling’s HR Product Engineering team is hiring a senior software engineer to help build backend and user-facing features across our HRIS, Time, Benefits, and Talent domains. You will collaborate with PMs and designers to translate complex requirements into high-quality code and scalable systems.

You should have 5+ years in production with Python/Django, frontend with React/TypeScript, and experience shipping large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with Python, Django, or related technologies.
• Frontend development experience with React or TypeScript.
• Experience with systems operating at large scale and complexity.
• Strong product intuition and focus on user experience.
• Experience shipping complex projects.
• Solid CS fundamentals and problem solving.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
