Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with production level software development.
• Proven ability to design fault-tolerant, high-availability distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers without direct management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement backend services with Postgres and Databricks.
• Design systems for reliability and graceful degradation.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, observability, and security.
