FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking Sr. Software Engineers for our video advertising platform in New York. You will own features end-to-end, from design to maintenance, and collaborate with product and operations teams to drive continuous innovation.

The role requires expertise in C/C++/Golang, DB design, and distributed systems, with a focus on scalable, high-throughput software for the TV advertising industry.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with C/C++/Golang, DB design and network programming.
• Experience with large system software design and development.
• Experience with distributed systems and mission-critical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a feature owner responsible for the complete lifecycle of software development.
• Write well designed, testable code and develop verification plans.
• Mentor junior software engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
