Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend/distributed systems experience with ownership of production-grade software.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Go, C++, Java, or Rust (Go preferred).
• Distributed systems concepts: service architecture, async messaging, state management.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and development of backend services powering distribution capabilities across TyrOS.
• Translate military logistics workflows into durable domain models, APIs, and event-driven systems in Go.
• Build systems that reconcile inventory, demand, transportation capacity, and constraints across distributed networks.
• Integrate optimization and planning capabilities into operational software, turning algorithmic recommendations into executable workflows.
• Partner with military users and domain experts to identify problems and translate requirements into scalable software.
