Iru is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop a unified, AI-powered device management platform. The role focuses on backend engineering, including building scalable services, managing high-velocity communication pipelines, and optimizing database performance.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Production experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience with event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of service-oriented architecture and microservices.
• Experience with peer code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement reliable, scalable backend services.
• Own asynchronous service communication and telemetry pipelines using Kafka.
• Write clean, high-performance database queries.
• Lead technical development and guide peers through code reviews.
• Build systems for scalability and resilience.
