Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building scalable backend services with Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with MCP or tool-based orchestration patterns.
• Expertise in API orchestration, microservices design, and REST/JSON integrations.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and concurrency models.
• Hands-on experience designing workflow engines and multi-step orchestration for complex business processes.
• Experience implementing retry mechanisms, failure handling, idempotency, and partial success.
• Experience using Redis for caching, rate limiting, and state management.
• Strong background in unit and integration testing (pytest preferred).
• Logging, monitoring, and debugging distributed systems.
• Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and code quality tools.
• OAuth2/JWT security design, authentication, authorization best practices.
