You will work on analytics-heavy systems, strengthen monitoring and alerting, and collaborate across teams in a fully remote environment. Base salary ranges 80k–120k USD with stock options and a focus on impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and owning production backend services in Python.
• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data-heavy systems (analytics, metrics, logging).
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and debugging user-facing systems.
• Ability to ship maintainable software (tests, code review, incremental delivery).
