Paxos Labs is seeking a backend-focused engineer to build and own critical systems for cross-chain trading and on-demand liquidity. You will own services from design through deployment and on-call, shaping pricing, routing, inventory, settlement, and matching across multiple chains.

You will integrate new venues and liquidity sources, steering the technical direction with a strong emphasis on financial correctness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years owning production backend systems with financial correctness.
• Experience with RFQs, batch auctions, CLOBs and on-chain market structure.

Responsibilities

• Build core services for Transit's RFQ engine and crosschain orderbook.
• Own systems end to end, from design to deployment and on-call.
• Develop pricing, routing, inventory, settlement, and matching across chains.
• Integrate new venues and liquidity sources; set technical direction.
