Job summary

Hayden AI in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Platform - Cloud Events team. You will ensure that data captured by Hayden’s devices is properly validated and assessed by the ML models running in the Cloud, and you’ll elevate ML operations by enabling a more efficient model improvement lifecycle.

Collaborate with the Product Team, Technical Program Managers, and partner engineers who build edge software and interpret sensor data.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience; 2+ years building high throughput backend services
• Expertise with Golang and/or Python; strong distributed systems thinking
• Experience or knowledge in ML Ops is a plus
• Collaborative teammate with strong code-review skills and attention to detail
• BS in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of code quality through code review and documentation
• Optimize machine learning operations with robust systems and cross-team collaboration
• Expand capabilities of the event pipeline to meet general and client-specific needs
• Reduce cloud costs by optimizing usage of cloud resources, especially GPUs
