This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing AI-driven security company and play a leading role in transforming AI prototypes into real-world solutions that protect critical data at scale. As a Senior Backend Engineer within the Linea AI team, you’ll help build secure, resilient, and scalable systems that process billions of events in real time. You’ll work with modern technologies in a microservices environment, collaborating closely with AI researchers and engineers to operationalize cutting-edge innovations and bring them to production for enterprise customers.

Accountabilities:

  • Architect, build, and optimize large-scale backend systems that handle real-time processing of large graph datasets from thousands of endpoints.
  • Operationalize AI prototypes, transforming them into scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Labs team to integrate generative AI technologies into customer-facing products.
  • Write secure, fault-tolerant software designed to withstand real-world cybersecurity threats.
  • Work with a modern tech stack including Go, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, and Etcd.
  • Tackle complex performance and scalability challenges with real-world impact.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Go and/or Python, with a proven track record building full-stack or backend-heavy applications at scale.
  • Experience working with generative AI models and transformer-based architectures in production environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native and containerized microservice architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Strong analytical and performance tuning skills for handling large data volumes in real time.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving complex security challenges.
  • Preference given to candidates in Central or Eastern time zones.
