Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience shipping backend systems
• Experience building cloud-native, scalable services
• Strong knowledge of Go and/or Java
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
• Ability to collaborate with product, legal, and security teams

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain large-scale backend systems with focus on performance, reliability, and scalability
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define and roadmap features
• Architect and develop systems from ground up and lead engineering efforts
• Mentor and grow more junior engineers and drive delivery excellence
