Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of backend development experience on large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with Go or Java, including concurrency and memory management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term technical strategy for ingestion pipelines, ensuring latency/throughput goals.
• Lead design and implementation of distributed systems affecting the Splunk platform reliability.
• Collaborate with product/platform leaders to translate requirements into scalable architectures.
