Qualifications

• 9+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong Java, Spring Framework and Spring Boot expertise.
• Experience building REST APIs with secure auth (OAuth2/JWT).
• Hands-on Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• MongoDB and Oracle database design and queries.
• Proficient in AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3).
• Solid data structures, algorithms and performance tuning.
• Strong architectural mindset in distributed systems.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build secure RESTful APIs with OAuth2/JWT authentication and authorization.
• Develop real-time data streaming with Apache Kafka and manage topics/consumers/producers.
• Design and optimize MongoDB and Oracle schemas and queries.
• Participate in architecture discussions to ensure modularity and scalability.
• Apply design patterns to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and code reviews.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and maintain code quality with automated testing.
