Qualifications

• 8+ years backend Java/Spring Boot experience.
• Production delivery experience on Google Cloud Platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• API design ownership with REST and OpenAPI specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java 21 / Spring Boot microservices on Cloud Run for core domain: licensing, case management, payments, documents, and notifications.
• Own the platform API surface: OpenAPI contracts, versioning, and backward compatibility.
• Build PostgreSQL (AlloyDB) persistence with indexing and migrations.
• Develop asynchronous event flows via Pub/Sub and Eventarc.
• Ensure security, testing, CI/CD, and observability across services.
