Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience; Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and relational databases experience required.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems and modern microservices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and code review practices.
• Ability to coordinate projects and manage technical direction.
• Real estate background is a plus.

Responsibilities
