What we're looking for

We need someone with 5+ years of professional (non-internship) experience as a backend engineer, preferably in the data engineering or crypto/finance domain. You should be comfortable designing, scaling, and maintaining production systems, ideally within high-growth or early-stage environments, and have a track record of driving business impact. Bonus points if you have strong fundamentals with a cloud platform like GCP or AWS.
