Job summary

FacilityOS is seeking a Sr. Back-End Engineer to design, develop, and maintain backend services on the FacilityOS platform. You will work with a team to understand legacy components, guide modernization, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions in a cloud-native environment.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week. You should bring 6+ years of .NET backend experience, strong OO design, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to deliver robust, testable software aligned

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in backend .NET Framework / .NET Core development using C#.
• Experience understanding complex legacy systems and integration points.
• Proficient in RESTful service design and cloud-native SaaS/PaaS apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, review, and maintain backend apps and services.
• Understand platform architecture and modernization opportunities.
• Collaborate to ensure alignment with architecture and delivery goals.
• Contribute to legacy modernization using incremental approaches.
• Maintain code quality via reviews, tests, and tooling.
