You will collaborate across teams to ensure memory-efficient, high-throughput systems, and you will own critical backend components from design through deployment, with a strong focus on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of intensive backend or full-stack engineering experience.
• Experience in high-velocity tech startups with execution demands.
• Strong fundamentals in memory management, concurrency, and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Build the stack: design and optimize core services and transaction flows.
• Develop production-grade AI agents and reliable loops with guards and caching.
• Diagnose and resolve backend bottlenecks and high-concurrency latency spikes.
