Job summary

You will design and deliver scalable architectures and collaborate with data engineers, researchers, and product teams.

Candidates should have 5+ years in backend design, strong coding skills in Scala/Java/Go/Python, and experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and observability tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering backend architectures in production environments.
• Experience building RESTful and/or gRPC services.
• Proficiency in Scala, Java, Go, or Python.
• Familiar with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team building high-performance, stable, scalable software.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.
