The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and adoption of best practices in a fast‑moving startup. Candidates should have 3–6 years of backend experience, strong Python/Django skills, and a solid foundation in databases and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years backend experience, Python preferred.
• Django experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data management, and REST API design.
• Some ML experience in NLP context preferable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Solid CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, OOD, databases.
