Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience building production Python systems and software for hardware devices.
• Knowledge of cloud and distributed ML workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software for biomedical, diagnostic, and scientific instrumentation systems.
• Develop APIs, cloud services, and data pipelines for various detection and analysis systems.
• Implement and optimize software for real-time control and data acquisition, analytics, and monitoring.
• Translate requirements into software designs and participate in process improvement.
• Collaborate with hardware, process, biomedical, and lab personnel.
