Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python.
• Experience with distributed systems including queueing and state machines.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Design distributed queue and worker systems for concurrent agent execution.
• Manage core data infrastructure ensuring state persistence and job claiming.
• Collaborate on ensuring scalable and robust architectural solutions.
• Ship resumable streaming infrastructure for client disconnections.
• Monitor production systems through tracing and metrics.
