Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience owning backend or full-stack services in production (design, implement, test, deploy, operate).
• Experience designing service-oriented or microservice architectures for content/catalog domains (API design, data modeling).
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java and relational/NoSQL databases; strong data access patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve complex services, APIs, and data models powering content/catalog experiences with high availability and performance.
• Lead system design and low-level design (LLD) for content and catalog services, define contracts and data models.
• Drive end-to-end delivery for multi-service features from discovery through deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and partner engineering teams to define technical requirements.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, and operational readiness; mentor engineers in best practices.
• Safely integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions into content workflows and services.
