The role emphasizes cloud-focused development on AWS, mentoring teammates, and leading incident response efforts to maintain system reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in backend or systems roles.
• Deep proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Go, Java, or C#).
• Proven experience with relational/NoSQL databases and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
• Strong grasp of distributed systems design, API integration, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable, reliable microservices using Python and Go.
• Optimize system performance, latency, and cloud infrastructure costs on AWS.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Lead incident response efforts and implement proactive monitoring tools.
