Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing scalable backend APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Build backend capabilities to observe and evaluate AI models and RAG apps.
• Design systems for testing, measurement, and benchmarking of AI accuracy, relevance, performance, and safety.
• Build scalable APIs and data processing to contextualize AI telemetry and evaluation results.
• Help shape roadmap and architecture for AI Observability and Evaluation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customers to deliver integrated features and developer workflows.
• Improve our own system observability and production reliability.
• Mentor engineers and uphold engineering standards.
