Job summary

Chronosphere, a Palo Alto Networks company, is building AI Observability and Evaluation capabilities on Chronosphere’s platform to help developers test, measure, and benchmark AI agents before deployment and monitor them in production.

The role sits between platform engineering and product. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and customers to translate AI observability needs into scalable backend systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong product sense and ability to connect technical and product perspectives.
• Experience shaping how a team operates and interfaces with other teams.
• Ability to partner with a PM to define and execute on a roadmap.
• Experience partnering with recruiting to hire and build diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the PM to assess customer needs, co-create the roadmap, and own delivery.
• Balance large investments with steady cadence of customer requests.
• Guide the team through architectural decisions and technical design.
• Hire and onboard engineers and evolve delivery norms.
• Monitor SLOs/SLAs and system health in production to meet reliability goals.
• Collaborate with security and compliance partners on reviews and audits.
