Bluehost's innovation team is building the AI-native backbone of our platform. You will design async, production-grade backend systems that orchestrate multi-agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and provider-agnostic LLM integration at scale.

You will own end-to-end CI/CD, ensure safe review of generated code, and shape data models with SQLAlchemy/SQLModel. If you are a self-starter who thrives on ambiguity and fast iteration, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production backend systems in Python.
• Experience designing scalable async REST/WS APIs with DI and clean architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and RAG-powered backends.
• Familiarity with vector stores and retrieval pipelines.
• Strong DB skills and migration discipline; CI/CD ownership.

Responsabilités

• Design and scale async REST/WebSocket APIs in Python with DI.
• Implement multi-agent workflows to route work among LLM agents.
• Integrate multiple LLM providers via a provider-agnostic layer.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines against vector stores.
• Define data models with SQLAlchemy/SQLModel and manage migrations.
• Instrument services with logs, tracing, and cost/latency metrics.
• Own end-to-end CI/CD, linting, typing, testing, packaging, and deployment.
• Champion AI across the lifecycle and define guardrails for code and data.
