The ideal candidate has over 7 years of relevant experience, especially in Python, and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment. We offer a competitive salary in the range of $175,000 – $220,000 USD along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and shipping production backend systems in Python.
• Experience with production LLM features including tool and function calling.
• Strong data fundamentals: SQL, schema design, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build tool-using LLM agents for grant discovery and application drafting.
• Develop resilient, observable services with clear SLAs and rollback strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams on UX and feature scoping.
