Qualifications

• 5+ years Python experience with independent work and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the system and evolve the architecture in collaboration with the CTO.
• Design and build complex data and processing pipelines and workflows, especially around 3D/visualization data.
• Provide technical direction to a small cross-functional team.
• Drive AI-assisted development workflow with multi-agent orchestration.
• Proactively surface and drive improvements and write clean, tested code.
