Tier4 Group is hiring a Backend Engineer to design and maintain backend tools, automation pipelines, and AI-enabled services in Orlando, FL. The role emphasizes Python expertise, database proficiency (SQL/NoSQL), and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to scalable architectures, implement monitoring, and drive deployment automation while adhering to security and compliance standards. On-site with one remote day per week in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with backend tooling, automation pipelines, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases for data modeling and integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and scripting.
• Understanding of backend architectures, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
