Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Experience designing secure APIs (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWTs).
• Proficiency with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and data stores like Redis or DynamoDB.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, implementation, and operation of authentication and authorization capabilities.
• Build secure Go services used across web, mobile, API, and partner experiences.
• Lead technical designs for initiatives like signed tokens, passkeys, device-aware authentication, and mobile OAuth.
• Partner with product, security, fraud, and infrastructure teams to balance customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Simplify integration patterns and build self-service tooling for safe adoption at scale.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to design reviews and on-call activities.
