Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline or related practical experience.
• 4+ years experience in software design, development, and algorithm related solutions.
• MS/PhD with years of relevant experience and seniority may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical Strategy & Architecture: define architecture for major product/platform area and decide on APIs, data models, modularity, scalability.
• Translate product strategy into scalable technical capabilities and reusable platform primitives.
• Design large-scale distributed systems spanning synchronous APIs, asynchronous workflows, messaging, caching, and storage.
• Build for trust, integrity, security, privacy, and abuse resistance with robust edge-case handling.
• Design for reliability and operational excellence with observability and incident readiness.
• Define metrics to measure reliability, performance, adoption, and business impact.
