Qualifications

• Track record architecting and operating large-scale backend or platform systems with measurable impact.
• Distributed systems expertise: service architecture, data consistency, concurrency, fault tolerance, performance.
• Expert-level in at least one backend language, with Python proficiency.
• Cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure; automation and production operations knowledge.
• API design, data modeling, databases, asynchronous processing, modern backend patterns.
• Navigate ambiguity; translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
