Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend focus) to join WorkPro’s core platform. You will own REST API development, data modeling in SQL Server, and enterprise integrations, while contributing to Angular UI components as needed.

You will work with a small, delivery-focused team in a Houston-based environment with remote options. Prior experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and DevOps practices is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with emphasis on backend/API.
• Strong C#/.NET and REST API development.
• Experience with SQL Server data modeling and stored procedures.
• Experience maintaining and extending legacy C# codebases.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM).
• Angular and TypeScript at a contributing level.
• Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Backend & Integration (Primary Focus): develop and maintain REST APIs for WorkPro modules.
• Design and implement SQL Server data models and stored procedures.
• Build integrations to enterprise systems (ERP/CRM, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
• Maintain and extend legacy C# code alongside new services and APIs.
• Document APIs with OpenAPI/Swagger and versioned contracts.
• Own workflow automation, reporting, and AI-enabled backend features.
• Contribute to frontend UI components in Angular where needed.
• Ensure API performance, security, and reliability across high-volume workloads.
