Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software architecture, development, or DevOps with leadership experience.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience supporting web apps, internal systems, and cross‑department integrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the organization’s digital platform (Payload CMS and frontend).
• Develop API‑based integrations between internal systems and cloud services.
• Support migration from legacy ERP to modern platforms; design scalable app solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other teams on features and usability improvements.
• Provide technical guidance across the platform and participate in cross‑functional projects.
