Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience designing, building, and maintaining production microservices.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications or AI/ML systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of agentic AI systems powering automation from orchestration to deployment.
• Build scalable backend infrastructure in Python and Golang for AI workloads, including model integration pipelines and guardrails.
• Drive end-to-end execution on complex AI initiatives, balancing latency, accuracy, and cost.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Compliance, and product teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call and incident response.
