If you think of yourself as as a T-Shaped Developer – broad in many areas, and deep in a few – if you think of yourself as a technologist who's #1 skill to to truly be an EXPERT in solving problems (instead of being an expert in just 1-2 faucets of code) this role might be what you have been looking for....

REQUIREMENTS:

My client is looking for the following:

• At least 4 years of back end software development work experience
• Polyglot work experience in at least 3-4 back end programming languages (i.e. Scala, Rust, Haskell, Clojure, Go, Python, Java, JS/TS, Rust, etc.)
• Production experience in at least including at least 1 strongly typed language
• Some form of DevOps/Cloud/Infrastructure experience (Kubernetes especially)... but also Terraform, ArgoCD, AWS, GCP, etc.)

LOCATION

This company is excited to hire from anywhere in the US. The role is fully remote with the exception of a 1x yearly, fun team offsite, often OUTSIDE of the US (Beach? Hikes? Campfires? They've done it all ... !!!)

SALARY / BENEFITS

They are looking to hire at the Mid, Senior and Principal level with salary targets of 160K for Mid, 180K for Senior, and 200K for Principal: All three ranges have 10-20% profit share targets as well.
