Scale Army is hiring a seasoned SEO Content Strategist to own and grow organic as a predictable revenue channel for Scale Army. This isn't a 'blog management' role—build and execute a strategy spanning SEO, content, social, and channels to generate pipeline.

You'll join a marketing team with existing functions, access to AI experts, and collaboration with external agencies. You’ll own ownership, move fast, and scale the channel as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content marketing with 2+ years in a senior role.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and turning it into a pipeline in B2B or SaaS.
• Deep, hands-on SEO and AEO expertise.
• Experience owning and growing multiple organic channels end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategy that makes organic a predictable, measurable contributor to pipeline; blog, SEO, social, webinars, newsletters.
• Own keyword strategy, content architecture, on-page and off-page SEO, and AI Engine Optimization for AI-generated answers.
• Set editorial standards and own the content calendar across blog, SEO, and social; guide execution.
• Coordinate with CRO and paid media to optimize conversion and align landing pages with funnel goals.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, prompt well, and build efficient processes.
